Update for Season 2011: 12/23/11; We have been into our 3rd week of harvest and are approx half way through this years short crop. We will have fruit available for shipping for approximately 2 more weeks depending on order volumes so order now to reserve available fruit. Shipping boxes are now volume filled with random size fruit.
08/10/10: New Satsuma Planting Completed!

Thomas Ranch introduces Mandarin BBQ Sauce!
Owner Craig Thomas has developed a Satsuma mandarin BBQ sauce and is working with a local co-packer to bottle the sauce for this year sales. It combines our Satsuma mandarins, local honey, chipotle peppers and other ingredients into a traditional style sauce that has won rave reviews from all that have tried it. Look for it on our website and at the Ranch sales office this coming season.

Mandarin Bloom as 05/14/2010!
05/14/2010: Mandarin bloom began about 1 wk ago and is about 2 weeks later than last year, most likely caused by our unusually cool and wet weather conditions this spring. This years mandarin crop looks promising however may be shorter than last years. Time will tell!
